How to Forward Your Business Calls to BookedBizzy

A complete guide to setting up call forwarding so your AI agent can start answering calls and booking appointments automatically.

Quick Start

For most phone providers, you can enable call forwarding by dialing:

*72 + [Your BookedBizzy Number]

Example: If your BookedBizzy number is (555) 123-4567, dial *725551234567

Step-by-Step Instructions by Provider

AT&T Business

  1. 1. Pick up your business phone
  2. 2. Dial *72
  3. 3. Enter your BookedBizzy number (include area code)
  4. 4. Wait for confirmation tone or message
  5. 5. Hang up - forwarding is now active

To disable: Dial *73

Verizon Business

  1. 1. Pick up your business phone
  2. 2. Dial *72
  3. 3. Enter your BookedBizzy number
  4. 4. Wait for the call to connect briefly
  5. 5. Hang up after hearing a confirmation

T-Mobile Business

  1. 1. Open your Phone app

VoIP Providers (RingCentral, Vonage, 8x8, etc.)

  3. 3. Add your BookedBizzy number as a forwarding destination
  4. 4. Choose "Always Forward" or "Forward All Calls"

Google Voice

Traditional Landline

Troubleshooting
